how to order GCMS notes ?

hi all. can anyone tell me how to apply gcms notes if i am living outside canada ? i know only about visafile.info but not sure if it is reliable or not. thanks

I see there are different types of GCMS notes. Seems the fastest one is e-GCMS. would that be enough to see the notes for my case?
