How to open ecas

Hey everyone i am not able to open ecas as sponsor, but can open it as applicant by using application number.
please guide me how to open it. Shall be very thankful to you.

Wife Case: My husband is sponsoring me
Visa Office: Islamabad, Pakistan

You do not need to open ecas as sponsor: it will show exactly the same information as it displays when you open it as applicant. However to open it as sponsor you need to use your UCI not the application number

oh so its same for both still i wonder why as sponsor its not opening i used the UCI i got at time of approval (step 1) not working.

Did you click all the correct boxes: identification by uci, uci number, correct surname for the sponsor, correct date of birth for sponsor, correct birth place? If you did all that and it did not display the info, put it down to the idiosyncracies of ecas: it is not important.

so the new UCI isn't registered with e-cas. You estimated immediate configuration?
