Hi Guys,

I need a help. I need to send an additional document to CIC which I didn't uploaded when I submitted because I didn't have it that time.
How can I open a CSE for my application ?

is this link for applicant from inside Canada or for everyone ?

I am an inland FSW and I want to inform CI that I got provincial nomination while my EE file is under process

This is a common link, just fill in your details and read the instructions.
 
You can't attach a nomination to your EE profile under process. Plus it won't matter.

I got nomination from Alberta in December while my EE application is in progress (AOR September under FSW inland)

As you know, Alberta nomination is not linked to EE, that's why I though it has no relation with my application and I did not use it anywhere.

but still it is mentioned in the AOR :
More particularly, please inform us about any:
• Change in circumstances such as the loss of a job offer or a Provincial or Territorial nomination;

Does that mean lose of nomination or getting nomination ?? I am confused.

I am about to send a CSE informing that I got the nomination, just for information, I know I will not affect the application.
Be would it add some value and confidence ?

what is your opinion ?

This means loss of a nomination for some reason as that might bring you below the draw cutoff and make your ITA void. Doesn't apply in your case. Nothing to be informed to CIC here. No harm if you send in a CSE as well. Makes no difference to your EE application.
