I am a student at Canadian universities in master's degree and want to apply for PR card, but I really do not know even if I am eligible for that or not. I have been in Canada for 17 months and also I have a full scholarship from my embassy for three years which can be covered all my master's years. How can I apply for it and could anyone tell me what I have to do to get it.
