My parents came to Canada when I was 3 years old in 1954. I do not have a Passport. I do have a Dutch birth certificate. I have a copy of the Canadian Immigrant's Record Card and an accompanying letter from Employment and Immigration Canada dated March '82 confirming the attached copy and it was sent to my father who became a Canadian Citizen with this information. I would like to obtain my PR card, but do not have anything such as a passport, notorized entry papers that supports me specifically although my name is on the bottom of my father's card as a passenger along with my mother. I have a SIN number, driver's license, health card ( old red and white one ) and a marriage license. I have worked for the past 20 years after the birth of my children. All relatives that could confirm my living in the Netherlands are dead. I don't even know where I lived while I was there. Both my parents are dead. What is my next step to getting my PR card?
