How to obtain a records of entries and exits into Canada?

Hi everyone,

Currently I am permanent resident, and I would like to know how to get track of my entries and exits from Canada during the last 4 years, because I would like to report this information for my citizenship application.

Most of the trips where via rail, and sea. And few other via air. Is there an entity that provides records of entries and exits into Canada?
