How to migrate with my Family

Hi I would like to ask if there is anyway my Family and I could migrate to Canada, I have 3 children and they are all minor, My husband is currently working as a Laundry Supervisor and I am working as Accounting Staff here in Swaziland, I am from Philippines and been working in Swaziland with my husband for almost 11 years, I want to go to Canada for better future for my Children, I have a relative who reside in Ontario and close friend in some province area in Canada.

I Have checked it, seems my Husband and I are qualified only problem is Language test. Can we still able to apply online even we don't have the Language test yet?? Which among Immigrant application should I take?
