How to migrate to Canada from Tanzania

My name is Grace, I am a licensed Tanzanian medical practitioner with more than 5 years of work experience and I currently reside in Tanzania. Even though I don't have any close relative or friends that I know in Canada but I happen to have interests of migrating to Canada to pursue my dream life. Is this scenario possible? What are the job opportunities which opened for a medical personnel in Canada? Please I need your guidance on this one or if you have other better ideas for me I will be thankful. Are you a physician? If so it is incredibly difficult to get relicensed in Canada as an international medical graduate. I would suggest you look at other countries like the UK, for example, if you are looking to immigrate somewhere and keep working as a physician.

Yes I am a licensed general physician in Tanzania. Okay thanks for your advice but I also heard it's a little bit easier to get a volunteering job as a foreigner instead of an actual job. How about this? It is possible?

Have you consider Express Entry Programs provided you have enough CRS scores? Volunteering job may not qualify as entry to Canada for most of the programs but Permanent/ Actual Job is. Whats your age group?

Hello dear. Thanks for your advice but unfortunately I have not yet considered the Express Entry Program route and I don't think I will qualify for this route based on my CRS points. I am currently 30years of age, I have more than 5 years of work experience in my work field here in Tanzania but I have never been to Canada before and I don't have any family members or friends there. How about any other option which could be suitable for me. Thanks.
