How to mention 1+1 years education courses in IMM5710e while applying for PGWP

I have completed 1+1 years of two courses in canada. And I am going to apply for PGWP.
In form Imm5710e, there is one row only. How can I mentioned two courses each of 1 years while applying.

How can I show them to prove that I have completed 1+1 years education courses successfully.
