Good day to all!

I was one of those EE applicants who received CIC email of "profile ineligible" last week (March 7). Two days after I received another email telling me that my status has been updated. However, no changes were made. I still have ineligible profile. I want to update/edit my profile to make it eligible again. Will it be okay if I update/edit my profile? I want to view and check my profile but I cannot log in successfully to my account. "system error was displayed. Have you experienced any problem in signing in to CIC same with mine?

I am worried with my application's status. Please help me.

Don't worry, it happened to me as well..although not quite the exact situation.
I had incorrectly skipped the ECA / WES details and so it was ineligible.
I just created another profile using the same email id / login by filling proper details and it is now Open and a valid profile.
 
Did you create another profile?
I have to recreate a new profile, how can I reuse the information entered in earlier profile?
