You can make an impressive sop:

1. By investing your time, explaining your skills and strengths, highlighting your achievements, explaining your future goals and intentions.

2. By going through other SOPs and understanding what makes a good SOP, a good SOP.

If you are writing it for Visa then also answer the following in your SOP
Why you want to study this course, Why from this universiyt/college, Why from Canada, Why would you return, What will be the impact of this course on your career and on your country.
