If you applied inland, you would been contacted for a landing interview. If you applied outland, you need to leave Canada, come back across the border, and have your CoPR signed by a Canadian border agent.

1. Not that is not correct. If your COPR was issued overseas you can phone the call centre and make an appointment to "land" at an inland office if you are in Canada.
