So 4 days ago I got email regarding some update to my work permit application so I tried to login but due to some technical error I was not able to answer my security questions correctly and then my account was locked and states needs identification verification then I talked with cic staff via call provided on webpage but they are not able to help me out. They told me to create new account and link your application but now the problem is I am not able to link my previous application to new account theirs no such option in drop down box for work permit.
