How to know where my app transferred?

Hi everyone,

I got PER almost two months ago.
In the email, I found the letter that ;
"Your application will be forwarded to the visa office in YOUR VISA OFFICE for further processing.",
"Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office." and
"Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc).".

However, my PER doesn't show which office my application will be transferred.
I'd like them to know my mailing address was changed.
I already tried to change my address from E-CAS 4 weeks ago but it isn't updated. So I'd like to know where (which office) my file transferred in order to contact them...

Anyone please give me advice how to know where my app transferred?
Should I wait contact from my office? or can I send documents to the VO I chose in my IMM0008 form?

Hi,

After I've created this thread, my address on E-CAS had been updated but the updated address was wrong (My residencial address was changed instead of my mailing address).
I tried again but the updated address was also wrong (unit # was wrong...).
I'm sure I didn't do typo because I've taken some screenshots as my evidence.

Now I believe that I have to contact CIO or VO instead of change address online.
But My PER doesn't show which office is my local visa office. I didn't get 2nd AOR.

So I still have same questions;
How to know "Where is my appication?"
Should I wait contact from my office? or can I send documents to the VO I chose in my IMM0008 form?

Please advice... I would appreciate for you...

Easy question to answer it is the office responsible for the country where your residence address is.
