How to increase CRS points?

My husband ans I jointly have CRS of 461.
As per age and english language qualifications we have the highest but we do not have 3 years relevant experience as per the skill NOC we have selected. We have no relatives or job offer at the moment and we need options as to increase points. What are the options can someone help me with:

1- how to get a conditonal job offer? Are they active jobs on Linkedin?
2- how can i apply for PNP - it asks for job offers or proof of funds? No other way?

Having a job offer isn't enough to get additional points - your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Unfortunately it tends to be very difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. However you can certainly try. There's really no special way to find a job. You just have to apply for jobs through job sites and hope you get lucky.
