Even if you pay extra there is no chance right now. I paid the premium charge yet ended up getting the documents only a month later. I think they are getting overloaded with the assessment.

I applied on Jan 3rd and got my wes digital on Feb 10th and hard copy on Feb 16th.

Use Fedex. they are cheap and the best. take up to 4 buisness days.

I have one query..for WES sealed envelope, I have my university's seal but do not have the official signature of the officer. Is the signature compulsory?

I sent my originals to India using canada post as registered, almost 2 weeks now ; they have not received it yet.
Tracking shows it reached India :? not sure where its gone..
Need to get it first then only I will be able to get it attested,,

You should have used FEDEX or UPS to send documents back to India. Its cheaper in comaprison to other services.
Also avoid india post when requesting documents back. USE FEDEX and you'll recieve in 4 days

Yes I should have.. and someone advised me on that. But my frnd said she got it within 8 days..., so i trusted those words..
Still no response.. Tracking shows reached India after 2 days.. But nothing after that... Its been 2 weeks..

I could feel how much stressed you are that because its your original. Send someone to the GPO (main office of india post) in your city and see if someone can do anything better.

Yes, we gave a written complaint with tracking number.. Not sure what is next....

Why did you send your originals? to Whom?
All you need is to send a copy of your degree certificate, marksheet and the application request to be submitted in the university on your behalf. They will validate and provide the transcript and whatever in the sealed envelop. There is no need of originals in this process is what I know.
