I have done my B.Com from Semcom college in SPU Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand. I am looking to do the WES for the same. Has anyone done the WES procedure from SEMCOM college before, does anyone knows what is the procedure for the same? And what is the procedure at the University please? Also i am not clear with the difference between a marksheet and a transcript. Could anyone tell me the difference between the two please?
