How to get to Canada with a US visit visa?

Hi guys,

My husband has a US visit visa and he would also like to come and visit Canada?

What's the easiest and shortest way to go?

He will need to apply for a Canadian visitor visa:

His US visit visa has nothing to do with Canada.
First he needs to check if he is from a visa exempt country: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
