Anyone knows what options to choose to get through to an agent at CIC on their phone line?
It seems impossible to find the right options, after they changed them, and it seems like we're not supposed to talk to them anymore :eek:.

Must be the way to avert people from distracting them going through their huge backlog :)

Yeah, it's a pain in the butt. I still haven't been able to get through! If you listen through the options, I think it takes 5 or 6 button presses before you FINALLY get the option to hit 0 to speak to an agent. You have to select your language, then "to sponsor a spouse or family member", then a couple more, before finally getting the option to hit 0. If their call line is busy you will just get hung up on after that point, it is really really frustrating. I've heard it's best to call them around 8-8:30 in the morning on a tuesday, wednesday, or thursday for your best chances of getting through.
