Hello, I'm from south Korea and please bare to understand my poor English skills. I'm really long for your help.

I wanna illustrate my situations. I'm gay and I met my Canadian fiancee about 5 months ago, and we've started to date from 2 months ago.
But problem is, as you guys expected, we could only talk in facebook or messengers.

Actually, we've spent for a week at September, because I visited Canada at past week. so we found that we really love each other and going to make a plan together.then we decided to marry and gonna live together but I found it's not easy to pass without preparation.

and I wanna explain our plan at next year.<I'm going to Canada as a visitor at June 2014, and we're gonna marry at July, and going to apply PR at September> does it sounds nice? cuz I asked about my situation somebody, and they said, "you guys relationship seems too short in real life, you need to stay with him for 3 months at least" , so that's why I'm thinking about spending 3 months to make "evidence" and going to apply PR 3 months later after I arrived in Canada.

Do you guys think that is enough to prevent the possibility of denial?

and One other question,

Cause of my private problem (related with South Korean Law), I could only have One year term passport (but I can get once again if I ask for it) so I guess the term of process would be more than a year even if I apply PR as a Out land in Canada. So Should I back to South Korea once again in the middle of process?

To be honest, I think I would suggest getting an Immigration consultant or lawyer involved to help with your application.

While it may be a little more money in the beginning, it may be worth it for the advice and help you will receive in completing your application.

Good luck to you!

I agree with David.

If you apply outland, then you can come and go from Canada during the application process as a visitor. Usually when admitted to Canada it is for 6 months only as a visitor, then you need to apply to extend your visitor status or attempt to leave and come back.

However what is the "problem" you have related to S.Korean law?? If this is anything to do with a criminal conviction, then you may find yourself inadmissible for PR, until you get a rehabilitation application completed.

Other than your whatever your "private problem" might be, you should at least make an attempt at the forms (your Cdn fiancé could proof-read/assist with that) before you engage in a costly venture with a consultant. Your "problem" may not even be a "grey area", where the use of a consultant would have no bearing.
