it is recommended u carry all the documents that u used for visa application

How is SIN used? I mean can any one get sin number without the job also. Is it like that?

Yes, To obtain a SIN number you don't require to have a Job. Only SP which says "May accept employment".

Also right now SIN is the least priority to be worried about.
(First get settled then register for Courses let the classes start. In meantime find a Part time job then worry about SIN).
