How to Get ? Reference letter from IBM India for Canada PR application

Hi,
I am a Ex-IBMer struggling to get Reference experience letter from IBM India in the format Canada looking for.

I try sending email to separate@in.ibm.com. but, after sending follow-up email no reply.

Can any Ex-IBMer who successfully got the reference letter please comment and help me with the procedure. Thank you.

I got it last year. Use this site, in employee id field you shoud give employee id and 744 ( country code for India). You will have access to raise the request here. Talk to your people manager or team lead as well. Tool will ask for their approval before issuing the letter.

Are you aware of TCS process?

For TCS raise a request in the alumni portal they will send an email with steps to be followed. TCS don't had a specific tool then. You will have to collect the project manager approval and share with them. But first step will be to raise the ticket

Do they provide project and my role details as well? Is there any format that you used for reference?
