How to get red seal Construction electrician 309A

I recently move in Novascotia, canada with permanent residence from India. I have 10 year certified experience in india and have bachelor's of engineering degree.
Now I want to write red seal exam here. I know I need to acess my Inian experience.
I just want to know, for Red seal I need WES assessment or something else?

Thank you for your wonderful advice. It really help me a lot. Now I definitely get Red seal soon.

I did mine in Ontario and got experience letter, pay stubs, and a few photos of my work signed by my supervisor. They also asked questions about safety and tools in the practical exam. Studying iso in construction helped, especially for wiring standards and diagrams, so it's good to know the terminology they use. Keep documents organized and try to get everything notarized if you're submitting copies.
