I lived in Canada for little over a year and need to produce PCC from Canada for immigration. I have exhausted googling. Does anyone know how can I get Canadian PCC from India? I need to submit it to canadian immigration.

I know a friend in India who had to get an FBI certificate as he used to live in the US. There are apparently private agencies that will take your fingerprints in India and then pass it to their partner agencies in the US or Canada. I think your best friend is Google. Just search for them and make sure their reviews are good. You should be fine.
