how to get PR during studies in Canada?

i have currently started my 2 years post-graduation program in toronto.. all i want to know is that:-

1) how can i apply canadian PR?
2)can i drop my cource and get in another 1 year post-graduation program and still get PR?
3) are there any programs which my get me PR just after i complete them?( i have done bachelors degree in engineering in mechanical)

You can apply for PR after completing one year full time Master's degree under Ontario PNP without job offer.

That might be the fastest way for you to get Canadian PR provided that you meet all other requirements of the PNP.
