Am trying to sponsor a nanny. The jobbank is asking for PD7A Statement
I called CRA and asked them for the account I used to pay for my prev nanny
They said that PD7A is just a blank form and not a summary...
I paid all the deductions online.. but maintained the reciepts..
Please advise how to receive the PD7A .
