How to get Original Documents back from LVO

Dear Friends,
Hope you all are well. I need your hep, I got my Visa but i didn't receive my original documents back yet. I sent 3 CSI to my Visa officer but there is no answer at all. I m just wondering if they reply us after getting visa or not, b4 my visa officer JMR used to respond very quickly usually the same day but this time no reply.
My all original documents, even my original birth certificate, original marriage certificate is with them.
It would be a huge problem for me if i will not receive them.
Kindly suggest how to inform them about this situation.

P.S: I am not able to arrange my trip to Canada as i am waiting for my docs.

Dear Samar, did you get your educational credentials back or they are also still with them. Just to share that I had received my educational docs (original) back via snail mail at quite an early stage, ..prob when file was transferred to LVO from CIO.My other originals like marriage cert, birth certs for myself and my family are still with them off course because I am still far from your stage.

Looks they have misplaced your original documents. That is why they cannot trace it or return it with your visa and COPR. However, don't wait, please go on sending message by e-mail and also by fax. If you don't get a reply within a week, prepare another letter typing in bold on the top of the sheet like:

FOR THE KIND ATTENTION OF CHIEF IMMIGRATION OFFICER

and below similar to the following

From: your address

IMM file No:

Subject : Original certificates not returned from Immigration Section.

Sir/Madam

Regretted to inform that my original birth certificate and marriage certificates submitted for review were not yet returned back along with my passport .............................................................................

LVO send my Educational Doc way back in Dec 2012 but i didnt get it , i checjk with every post office but couldnt find it , so applied for duplicates ( faced alot of difficulties in that and also waste of money ) My VO is also JMR

Asked LVO to send your document via Courier

Have you recieved reply from jmr? I am also trying to get a reply from him for last 10 days but he is not responding... Probably he is on leaves or so ... I am waiting for ppr though

dear Samar,
i am also inthe same boat.i have sent numerous cse's to JMR and also to CIO but to no avail.
Jmr replied saying..ur file was revied but no original documents were on the file and they may have been tranferred at the eligibility review stage .I copied and emailed this reply to CIO but they said all files are transferred to the corresponding LVO...i duno wt to do either.
I have recived PPR but no record of my originals.
Pls share any info u have to help me out of this.
