I am now an international student at Calgary, Canada.
On March, I went to Montreal to attend a conference and had everything stolen including my passport, study permit and visa.
I have already got my new passport and study permit.
Last week my visa application (extension or replacement) has been approved and I mailed my passport to Ottawa with Canada post express.
But for now, Canada post is in strike, and I heard from my family that my grandma is sick.
I want to go back to my home country urgently.
What should I do to have my visa asap? Is there an alternative way of delivery rather than Canada post?
I have tried to contact CIC, but there was no response so long.
Would anyone give me some instructions? Thank you in advance.
