How to get initial PR card after soft landing?

Hi,

I did a soft landing on Feb and didn't provide a Canadian address, but now I have moved to Canada and have a local address. How do I get my initial PR card? I tried calling the CIC contact number but no one is answering.

If you did not provide an address when you landed then did you follow this process to notify your address ?
