How to get GCMS notes for someone whose wife doesn't have a last name.

My wife's application status additional documents field shows "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details."

This is not changed since July 21, 2017. I was reading a thread a found a suggestion to get GCMS notes. Now, while filling the application, its asking for First and last name as a mandatory field and my wife doesn't have a last name.

How should i proceed further? Please advise.

Does she not have any kind of last name?
no family name, no id with a secondary name on it? no middle name?

I believe you can also call IRCC and ask them to look in the system notes to see what documents are requested. There's also an email form. Both of these options may be quicker and easier than trying to decipher the GCMS notes to find our what they are requesting.

No, just first name
