i have been travelling between canada and US since 5 years and lost track of all visits between Canada and US. Is there any way I can request this info from Canadian Border Service Agency or US border. if yes then what forms do I need to fill for these.

Look up the CBSA website on google - there are instructions on how to obtain travel records.

Do you not have the stamps in your passport? Of entry dates for Canada and US?

Not necessarily the case with US/Canada travel. The best bet is to obtain travel records b/c they do capture this information in a database.

i tried looking at CBSA site but unable to locate it. Please can you send me the form name or link it .

You can request your travel records from CBSA and their US counterparts.

http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/menu-eng.html

http://cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/req-dem-priv-eng.html

You should provide the following information your request: full name, date of birth, gender, country of citizenship, passport numbers(expired and current), vehicle license number, etc. Enclose copies of the data page(s) of your passport, driver's license and vehicle registration.

Note that these records will only contain entry/exit info for air transport, not land or water-based border crossings.

I too have same problem. Since am near to border of Canada and US, i traveled frequently to US via land (car and transit bus). How do i get entry and exit dates. Most of my entry were just same day return.

I don't think same-day trips count. That's what it says on the CIC website regarding calculating residency for citizenship.

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/rescalc/redir.do?redir=faq#Q9

I've only kept track of trips to the US where I stayed at least overnight. Just to be safe, any day-trip where I came back after midnight I counted as a day away.
