how to get arranged employment letter? Anyone?

Hello, I am working in Alberta. I have LMO approval and still one more year left.
I am going to apply CEC because I haven't talk about AINP with my employer yet.
Anyways, I want to get arranged employment. It's good to have for both CEC or AINP.
But I have no idea how to get it. Is it just a letter from my employer to say he want
me to support my immigration or have to apply for immigration office in Canada?

Anyone can tell me about this? I need every single word from you guys.

Actually, I am planning to apply CEC first and if my employer want to support my AINP,
then I will apply AINP as well.

Apart from above the whole system about job offer is going to be redesigned and will announce in May 2013......it is better you should wait and visit the above website ....
