How to get apartment or basement on rent in Mississauga ??

I found some apartment on Craigslist which are newly renovated very nice and clean outstanding 1 or 2 bedroom apartments near square one in Mississauga Toronto
These are listed just for $700 I am afraid is it really possible
Does anybody have any information on this topic! Please share

Also I did check on kijiji listings and lots of them the basements are listed but they are asking for 1st and last month rents in advance! And it will be hard for me to arrange that amount by just stepping to canada

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated thanks.

hi MisbahNabeel I'm realtor working in the GTA and I can tell you that $700 for a 2 brm apartment is a scam beware there are many scams around like that.
