how to get AEO in Canada

Hi all,
I am a B.tech passout with one year experience in technical field.
I don't have anything other than a passport.
Please, tell me the following:
1). how can i get a AEO in canada or us or uk?
2). Can anybody living there from india help me in getting employment, if so how ?
3). How much time and money it require.
4). What tests i have to qualify for it?
5). I am staying in Delhi. Do you know any trusted consultancies near Rani Bagh or any other nearby part of Delhi.

An AEO is a document from Service Canada verifying a genuine job offer. I do not think that the US or UK use AEO's but they may have some other protocol for job offers and visas.

Getting an AEO in Canada can be hard. You have to apply for jobs from the outside and find an employer who is interested in hiring you. It is possible that you can find an employer through an employment agency.
