Me and my wife together with my two kids are planning to migrate to Canada. Unfortunately I worked for a foreign country for 8 years. My last was year 2008 or 2009 but I was'nt able to finished my contract in short I got an exit visa but wasnt able to come back. Some of my friends and former collegues told me that I should get a PCC from SA because it is a canadian requirement in appplying for an immigrant visa. Will SA give me a PCC even if I havent finished my contact??? Please help. Thank you.

Lways Request the higher officials and Ministers. Like Prime minister, Immigration minister, Home Minister, Police Chief. Search their email addresses and contact. Tell them about the problem. Generally it works
