Eveline Charles Academy is the name of the institution i intend to do "hair design" from. The course duration is of 10 to 11 months. This institution is in Edmonton, Alberta.

Classes will be held 3 days in a week and there is another that offers 5 classes in a week and will continue for 8 months.

A school needs to appear on the following list in order for you to qualify for a study permit and a post graduate work permit:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study-institutions-list.asp

As of now your school is not on the list. So you won't qualify for a study permit or a post graduate work permit.

Can you tell me the duration of the full time studies or part time studies that would qualify me for work permit(if i choose an institution from the list)?

The studies would have to be full time (part time is not accepted) and be at least 8 months.

Unfortunately there's really no chance at all that you will be able to get a job in Canada as a foreign worker. If you want to move to Canada to work, you will need to focus on becoming a permanent resident first. Information about Canada's PR programs can be found here:
