How to follow up on application?

Hi guys

I'm sponsoring my husband under family class , CIC started processing the application Jun12-2018 , medical exam was completed and results received roughly two weeks ago. an email was received today to inform me the following :
(This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing.)

My husband lives in United Arab Emirates so I don't know what to expect ! why London ? when would they send it overseas >?
Is their any significant indication for this letter ? anything alarming ? or is it part of the normal processing ?!

Yes, app transfer generally means sponsor approval. Did you not receive any communication regarding sponsor approval?
