One of my relatives gave his passport to a local agent to file for visitor visa Canada. Agent did not show up for couple of months and after six months he returned the passport and told my relative that his application has been rejected. He did not provide any refusal letter. Is there any way to determine what happened with his application? Is filling for ATIP useful but if requires file number which he doesn't have? Please help.
How to find the status of application without file number?
