Hello,

I am currently on my PGWP and recently joined as a full time Service Solutions Specialist in a good firm. I cant find the exact title in the NOC website. How can I find the matching NOC. Is there somewhere else I can search with my responsibilities to identify the code. Is it really very strict that the job title should match in the list provided by CIC?.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Note: I graduated as an IT Business Analyst.

Thanks in advance

No, job title is not important; you need to match based on the lead statement and job duties/responsibilities. The lead statement provides some context about the kind of employer you work for and can make a difference in some NOCs.

Would need to know more about the above if you wanted help finding the NOC. Other options would be to ask your HR person.
