How to find refusal date of TRV on passport!!!! Please reply soon

hello

My mother is applying visa for another country and on the visa form they asking if your application has been refused in past for any other country. She got refused for canada visit visa back in 2007 in islamabad. Now she need to mention in her form she applying for but she lost the refusal letter and couldnt remember the date she got refused. on her passport she still have a little stamp on last page which says TRV ISBAD V070401321. can this help to find the date when she got refused or applied? please tell what date it will be from the numbers after VXXXXXXXX

The date is in the litte stamp you are talking about.

Visa file number V0704.... Indicates year and month.. It is April 2007 as per your file number..

how to apply parents visitor visa for parents

hello friends....
I am PR of canada its been 10 months m here in canada with my wife..... I wanna apply visitor visa for my dad as he is all lone there and my mother died last year..... so friends pls guide me how can i apply for his multiple enrty visitor visa..... please guide me full Information and compleate process step wise.
