i do health care, how can I find jobs from out of Canada? Is there a website? And am I supposed to look for specific place and not just any facilities or how does it work?
It's next to impossible to find a job in Canada as a foreign worker since the vast majority of employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process (which is required for you to get a work permit). If you want to move to Canada, it's more realistic to look into Canada's immigration programs instead. If you still want to try to find a job, there is no specific job site for foreign workers. You would simply apply for jobs through normal job sites like linkedin, workopolis, indeed, etc.
