How to find a job out of Canada

May anyone tell me, how could I find a valid and legal job when I am out of Canada?
Do you know a special website, APP, or any channel that works well in helping foreigners find a job?
I need a real legal and eligible job, and the employer should be willing to process the LMIA document for me. Then, I will deal with the work permit by myself.

There are no special web sites. You'll need to apply for jobs through normal job sites like LinkedIn and hope you get lucky.
