how to fill in dates in forms?

I'm confused about filling in some dates in forms. For example, how do we fill in date for the current job? Do we fill the present date in the "to date" or leave it empty? I mean, if I'm still continuing the job then filling in the to date might interpret that the job ended on that date.

What to do?

Write "present" for the "to date' for your current job by hand.

While you are doing that, remember to write in n/a for all the fields you left empty because they are not applicable to you.
