How to fill gaps in personal activities form

I am little confused . I was searching for job from xxxmonth and xxxx year TO xxxmonth and xxx year but i couldnt find option to explain that in personal activities form for last 10 years . there is no such option to write that . Can anyone who went through this form help me ?

I'm with you. We are supposed to leave no gaps, however there is no "Activity Type" that can be used for phases of job search, travels, etc.

So what should we do leave it like that or Fill in something .. Im confused ....

The solution seems to be leaving the gaps and explaining in a separate letter why there are gaps (unemployment, traveling, sabbatical, etc).
