my study permit extenstion and my spouse open work permit extention was approved in December 2019.
Now I am applying for TRV for both. I as a student am principal applicant and adding spouse as family member while applying. While filling questionnaire below question is confusing me. which option to choose.

- apply for or extend an open work permit
- apply for or extend a study permit
