how to fill EOI form

hello there
greetings

i was filling the EOI form for NBPNP and on the form there is a section with a title "INDICATE YOUR CONNECTION
TO NEW BRUNSWICK" i am not sure what to fill there. can you help me with that...one thing to be known i have never been there, NB and in Canada.

another thing should i fill EE # and job validation code or can i do that later??

connection means, do you have a job offer in NB, did you ever work in NB, do you have relatives in NB?
