Can anybody assist, what do we need to click in

Privacy Act

Section B
Electronic File

Physical file
Immigration file Overseas
File Number
Location - New Delhi or New Delhi Visa Office

and they only want Requesters' signatures, not ours?

and ICCRC number has to be left blank?
