How to extend Super Visa?

Hello, when my parents sign into their GCKey accounts, they see their old Super Visa application which shows approved. Their expiry date is coming up and we would like to extend their stay. Where in the GCKey account can we submit the application online please? I clicked a few links and it takes us outside of their account page.

Also, both parents have their own account, is there an option to link both applications together to one account? Or do I need them to apply twice, one for each parent on their own respective account?
