Hi Seniors ,

I am in the process of filling the ITA.

I have worked in with 7 employers in all .Out of these, there are 2 employers where I was absorbed on one post/designation later on the department got changed hence the designation got changed,explaining as:


1)Employed in an insurance company as:

-Initially Area Manager (Health Assurance Department)........1st year
-->Later on got transferred to a different department and I became Area Manager (Bancassuarce)...2nd year
-->Again department got changed and was designated as Area Manager (Agency)...Then quit this company.....3rd year


So should give my job detail of employment with this company as three different entries for each year?

or

Should I enter my details once only with last ( i.e 3rd) designation for the entire 3 years.

2) Same is the case with another employer.


Pls guide.

Hi,
You should mention all these job posts as separate listings.
For this, you will have to include work experience letter and job description letter for each post.

I can certainly request my previous employing company to mention the time-wise/designation-wise breakup of my entire period of work with them.
But asking them for designation-wise Job Description separately would be asking for too much.

So can I mention 5-6 points as Job Description which are common to all the 3 stints (designations) with them?

Hi, I'm not sure about this, but I think that for proof of employment, they require separate work exp & JD letters.
Also, in your profile, when you enter your employment details as separate designations, you will have separate upload fields for each of the designation. So, at that time you will need these letters for each designation hold.
