Dear forum friends,

I would appreciate if anybody knows an answer to even one of the questions below. Thank you for taking the time to read them!

I have received an invitation to apply for Permanent Residency through Canadian Experience Class program. I am currently in Russia and will be submitting my documents from here.
There are a few things that I am not sure of.
Could you kindly clarify:

1) Where can I find a UCI number for my application to provide to a certified medical examiner?
(It looks like I do not have one - at least I could not find it on file. Also, when I was searched up by name and passport number, no information appeared in the database of the examiner. As a solution, the examiner offered to do a medical UP front. Is it the right thing to do in my case?)

2) There is no checklist or fields where I could attach documents to in my profile. Is that normal?
(I filled out my work and travel history as the questionnaire required.)

3) How to authenticate a Police Clearance certificate that is issued in Russia correctly:
- Where can I translate the certificate in Russia so it is accepted by Canada? Any russian translator who is in good standing?
- Do I have to send my translated certificate for further authentication to Canada before I submit it with my profile? Is yes, where should I send it to?

4) My canadian visa has run out by now.
- Should I apply for a new visa as I submit my profile or wait for the invitation for landing?
- In either case, should I have my fingerprints scanned prior to coming to Canada?
- Is the closest place for fingerprint scanning to Khabarovsk in Vladivostok?

I would not want to make mistakes when applying, that is why I am verifying the following information with you.
I look forward to your responses. Thank you in advance!

"offered to do a medical UP front. Is it the right thing to do in my case"
You need to do an upfront medical for EE.
Your UCI is on any correspondence you've ever received from IRCC, it is on every permit (visitor record study permit, or work permit). It is sometimes labelled Client ID.

"2) There is no checklist or fields where I could attach documents to in my profile. Is that normal?"
After you complete all of the info screens you will get a document checklist with upload slots.

"- Where can I translate the certificate in Russia so it is accepted by Canada? Any russian translator who is in good standing?
Yes
- Do I have to send my translated certificate for further authentication to Canada before I submit it with my profile? Is yes, where should I send it to?"
No. Upload it when you get your document checklist.

"4) My canadian visa has run out by now.
- Should I apply for a new visa as I submit my profile or wait for the invitation for landing?"
Are you planning to travel to Canada before your PR is processed. If yes, you'll need a new TRV, if not, you don't.
